Tenancy Arrangement Fees

Single Applicant - £250.00
To agree and arrange rental terms | Referencing to include (references from current or previous employers and landlords, identity and immigration checks, financial credit checks for CCJs, other relevant information) Drafting Contracts and related paperwork.

Two Applicants(Couple) - £350.00
To agree and arrange rental terms | Referencing to include (references from current or previous employers and landlords, identity and immigration checks, financial credit checks for CCJs, other relevant information) Drafting Contracts and related paperwork.

Guarantor - £100.00
To agree and arrange rental terms. Referencing to include identity checks, finical and employment checks, confirm Guarantors suitability. Draft Agreement of Guarantee Deed.

Other Charges All Applicants

Document Amendment Fee - £25.00
Will be charged if contracts or documents require amending after the tenancy terms have been agreed. For example changing the move in date, or amending bank details etc.

Contract Renewal Fee (Tenant’s share) - £60.00
New Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms as required. Arranging further tenancy documentation and updating deposit information.

Requests for references from new landlord/agents - £30.00
Responding and providing to any reference requests from a landlord or letting agent in the future.

Lost Keys or Fobs - £25.00
Providing copies of keys including time taken to source replacements.

Refunds of non-cancelled Standing orders - £25.00
Refunding any rent money received (per each transaction) after the tenancy due to the tenant failing to cancel their standing order.

End of Tenancy Check-Out - £50.00
Tenants Share – To arrange for us or the inventory clerk to inspect and check you out of the property at the end of the tenancy.

“We do not take money from you without first providing you with written confirmation of the rent, deposit and other costs that will apply before you move-in. We also ask you to complete a pre-application so we can pre-approve your application and status before you are referenced. Providing the information you have given us is true and correct, if you fail the referencing we will refund your Initial fee minus £99.00 to cover incurred costs.”
